Mary has been working too hard and not looking after her health. She smokes too much, eats junk food and exercise is not in her daily routine.

For weeks she has suffered on and off again with a sore throat, some swelling of lymph nodes. She has been fatigued and has been suffering night sweats. She is depressed with her lack of ability to recover.
