Jim has been in excellent health. He just returned, along with his wife, from a business trip to South America. While he was inspecting possible ranches for cattle purchase, he and his wife camped out in the countryside and even lived for two days in a historic barn that had been used to shelter animals for over one hundred years. Jim and his wife had a wonderful time and showed no signs of ill health.

However, Jim has become very ill. His symptoms began with the feeling he was coming down with a cold. But now he is having trouble breathing. He is nauseated, vomiting and has diarrhea. The doctor is worried about the rapidity of his physical decline.
