Researcher Class 1                                 $40,000 to $50,000

Presentation has excellent visual aids:  video, multimedia, graphs, 
charts and demonstrations.  Thoughts and data are clearly and concisely 
presented.   Report is neat, well written, and complete.  Both presentation
and written report are strongly supported by scientific evidence.

Researcher Class 2        									        $20,000 to $30,000

Presentation has good visual aids:  video, multimedia, graphs, charts
and demonstrations.  Thoughts and data are mostly clear and concise.  
Report is neat, well written, and complete.  Both presentation and
written report are mostly supported by scientific evidence.

Research Assistant                                 $10,000 to $15,000

Presentation has some visual aids:  video, multimedia, graphs, charts, and 
demonstrations.  Thoughts and data are not completely clear and concise.
Report is adequate but not well developed.  Presentation and written report
may not be supported by scientific evidence.

Field Hand                                          less than $5,000

Incomplete presentation
Many errors based on inaccurate science
Unorganized and sloppy
No visual aids
Opinions with no backup data
