This is the PERIODIC TABLE. The table has information about every ELEMENT found on Earth. After many years studying chemical elements, scientists have found over 100 different elements. In CHEM4KIDS we discuss the first 18 elements. The first 18 are easier to work with because they have very specific rules. The rules change when you talk about elements with higher atomic numbers.

A good place to start would be to learn about how scientists organize the periodic table. The elements are organized because of their individual traits.
