Every group needs to have an advisory Committee to help refine their science and sharpen their reports.
 

The advisory committee must consist of at least TWO people:
 One advisor may be a teacher, a parent, or other adult with experience and expertise in some area in your report.

 One advisor MUST be a person working in the biotechnology Industry

For each advisor, you must provide a signed statement or EMAIL from the advisor saying she/he agrees to be your advisor. Each signed statement must also have the following information for each advisor:

Name
Title
Address
Phone
FAX
EMAIL

You must also submit a log of the dates of contact with each advisor, who contacted the advisor and the subject discussed.
