Up Periscope!

Our submarine hit a cable as we passed
by an off shore oil drilling rig.
Our periscope was broken off !
We have to see above water!
Can  you build a new one for us?

We have only a trunk full of
odds and ends to use for repairs.
This trunk is located in the submarine's workshop.
