C = (A ^. V_T) / (f^.V_S)

where     A = absorbance on a spectrometer
                V_T= total volume
                V_s= sample volume
               f= a constant which is specific to the substance
 

Find C in scientific notation if A = 0.285
                                                    V_T= 3.1
                                                    V_s= 0.1
                                        and       f = 6.22 x 10³
