If you choose to work with a partner, it is possible to delegate the work between you. However, you should make sure you both understand all parts of the activity. Both team members should review the PCR and sequencing techniques in Activity 1. You may delegate the questions in these sections between the two of you. During Activity 2, each student should enter 1 sequence into the data base and evaluate the results for it. You should work together on the conclusion. Similarly, the decoding in Activity 3 may also be divided between team members. Then together, research and discuss the remaining questions.
